Race on the Base Sprint Reverse Tri: first triathlon experience in the books. I had a great time today and it definitely won’t be my last! Run went well, Bike ok and I realized how much faster these guys on full Tri bikes can go. 😱. Swim.... everything that @williame.evans taught me went out the window after I realized how tired I was! Ended up swimming mostly on my back and had to stop a bunch of times. Cramps in the hamstrings and quads within the second lap was no bueno! Will prepare better in the future!
